Return Policy
We take great pride in the custom work we do at Twisted Images WV. Because each order is made just for you, all sales are final. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
Custom Orders Are Non-Returnable
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom items. This includes items with custom text, logos, colors, sizes, or uploaded artwork.
We encourage you to double-check all information, artwork, and order details before submitting your purchase.
When We’ll Accept a Return
If a mistake was made on our end — such as incorrect printing, wrong item, or a product defect — we will absolutely make it right. To qualify for a return or exchange due to an error:
- You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Email us at support@twistedimageswv.com with your order number and photos showing the issue.
- Once approved, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and offer a corrected replacement or refund.
Damages During Delivery
We package all items securely, but once the package leaves our hands, we cannot be held responsible for damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Refund Processing
If your return is approved due to a confirmed error on our part:
- You’ll receive a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees).
- Refunds may take 3–7 business days to process depending on your bank.
- We’ll send a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
