General Ordering Questions

Can I get a physical sample of my design?

We provide digital mockups that show your design on the actual product. You’ll see what it will look like before anything gets printed. If you’d rather hold it in your hand first, you can place an order to get a physical sample.

When do I pay?

We ask for full payment up front before we begin your order. You’ll still have a chance to review and approve your final proof before anything goes into production.

What happens if I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel, we charge a $50 cancellation fee. If we’ve already ordered your garments, a 20 percent restocking fee also applies. If nothing has been ordered yet, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

How do I place an order?

There are a few easy ways to get started. You can fill out our quote request form, send us a message with your idea, or place an order directly from our online store. Once we have the details, we’ll follow up with a proof, pricing, and a timeline.

Do I have to order all the same size?

Not at all. You can mix sizes within the same order. As long as we can use the same size design across the shirts, you’ll still get the best price. Just know that sizes 2XL and up cost a little more.

Can I order different shirt colors in the same order?

Yes, you can choose different shirt colors. If your design and ink colors stay the same across those shirts, we can group them together in one order.

If you want different designs or colors, that may count as a separate print job. We’ll let you know before anything is confirmed.

Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date if UPS or USPS says it’s a 2-day ship?

We wish we could control what happens after it leaves our hands, but once it’s with the carrier, it’s out of our control.

What we can guarantee is that we’ll get your order shipped by the timeline we agreed on.

Shipping carriers like UPS and USPS may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or service issues. If you’ve got a hard deadline, we always recommend allowing a few extra days just in case.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you approve your artwork and finalize your order, standard production takes around 2 to 3 weeks in alignment with industry standards for custom apparel.

There are times when we experience a high volume of orders and this affects productions times. Your order ships right after production is complete.

Shipping time depends on your location, but we’ll send tracking as soon as it’s on the way.

Need your order fast?

We offer rush services whenever possible. Just let us know your deadline and we’ll work with you to meet it.

Rush fees may apply depending on the timeline, garment availability, and complexity of the order.

Do you offer free shipping?

No, we do not offer free shipping. We believe in honest pricing, not hiding shipping costs in the product price. Our shipping rates are based on your location and the size of your order, and they’re calculated at checkout so you always know exactly what you’re paying for.

Some items may ship separately depending on the products ordered and our fulfillment process.

Do you offer returns?

We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom items unless there is an error on our end. If something arrives with the wrong color, size, or design, or if there’s a misprint, we will fix it. Let us know within 10 business days and we’ll make it right.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, for most custom apparel orders.

Embroidery requires a minimum of three pieces. Screen printing starts at twenty-four pieces. Digital printing has no minimum, which is perfect for one-off or small runs.

Items like plaques, tumblers, and most of the print products do not have minimums.


Can I bring my own garments?

No, we do not accept customer-supplied garments for printing or embroidery at the this time.

What brands of apparel do you use?

We carry a wide selection of trusted and well-known brands. Whether you want high-performance gear from Under Armour, Adidas, or Nike, or durable workwear like Carhartt, we’ve got you covered.

We also offer great everyday options from Gildan, Bella Canvas, Next Level, and more. If you’re looking for something specific, just ask and we’ll help you find the perfect match.

What print methods do you use?

We use a few different print techniques and decoration methods depending on the job:

  • Screen Print Great for large orders. It’s durable, vibrant, and cost-effective in bulk.
  • Digital Print Ideal for small runs, detailed designs, or full-color artwork. No minimums and excellent for one-offs or short runs.
  • Vinyl Best for simple logos, names, or custom one-offs. Think team jerseys or quick personalization.
  • Embroidery Perfect for hats, polos, jackets, and more. Professional, long-lasting, and great for branding.Not sure what you need?
  • Sublimation Used for white or light-colored polyester products like tumblers, plaques, and certain apparel. This process embeds the design into the material for a smooth, vibrant finish.
