At this time, we do not accept outside garments for embroidery. We provide all garments to ensure the best results and stitch quality.
What file types do you accept for logos?
Vector files like .AI, .PDF, or high-resolution PNGs work best. We’ll convert your logo to an embroidery-ready format during setup.
What is digitizing?
Digitizing is the process of converting your logo into a stitch file. It’s required for embroidery and typically includes a one-time setup fee.
Is there a minimum order?
We can embroider single pieces, but pricing improves with larger quantities. Reach out if you’re planning a group or bulk order.
