HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW SHIRT?

For best results, we recommend turning the garment inside out and washing in cold water using mild detergent. Hang drying is preferred but may be tumble dried on low occasionally. Please keep in mind that tumble drying will lead to fading/cracking over time. Do not bleach, do not dry clean.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

All of our garments are UNISEX fit and run true to size, unless otherwise noted. This means women can generally order their normal size for a relaxed fit or size down for a more fitted look. Men can order their usual size. 

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS?

12 to 16 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom items may take longer. Due to high demand and the effects of Covid-19 on supply chains, this turnaround time may be extended slightly.

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Twisted Images WV uses USPS for most of our Domestic Shipping. The postage fee includes USPS Tracking and insurance (when applicable). Cost increases by weight. Shipping options include:

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $75
  • Standard: $5.99 Flat Rate (3-5 Business Days in transit) 
  • Priority Mail: $13.49 ( 2-3 Business Days in transit) 
  • Priority Mail Express: (when available)

Business days listed represent transit times only. This does not include our current order processing time or production times. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays and do not guarantee shipping times, which often times fluctuate during holidays. Please keep in mind the delays that COVID-19 has caused in transit times. 

CAN I PUT A RUSH ON MY ORDER?
We process orders in the order they are received. We currently do not offer the option to rush an order. 

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ITEM?
Please carefully order your sizes as each return is subject to a restocking fee of 20%. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any holiday-themed merchandise or custom items ( for example, names on license plates).

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT'S PLACED?:
Cancellations can be made within 20 minutes after your order is placed. Cancellation is not guaranteed as your order may move to production before the status on the website updates. Additionally, orders that have already moved to shipment CANNOT be cancelled.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE COUPON?
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be combined.
